How far in advance should I schedule services?
We suggest that you schedule appointments at least a week prior to your arrival at the resort.We do
however, welcome same day appointments. Reservations are required for all spa services.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to your appointment. Please be advised that regardless of your arrival time, your treatment will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate other guests.
What if I decide to cancel my spa services?
If you decide to cancel, we request a four (4) hour notice. If the appointment is not cancelled and there is no call or show, The Geneva Ridge Spa will bill your credit card for 100% of the service fees. This is to ensure the best use of our practitioner’s time.
Do I need to bring anything to wear?
No, just bring yourself and wear clothing that is comfortable for you.We will provide you with plush
robes, slippers, beverages and reading material for that extra comfort and relaxation experience.
Dressing rooms are available with personal lockers and showers.
What is the proper amount of gratuity?
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on your satisfaction with your service. 15% to
20% gratuity is common. A gratuity or service fee is not added to any spa service.
Noise level in The Spa at Geneva Ridge
To ensure a relaxing experience with us, we ask our guest to please turn your cell phone ringers and
pagers off before entering the spa. Please use soft voices and children are welcomed, but must be
supervised at all times.
