The Basics
For each guest room reservation, check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 12 noon. Please note that for leisure guests we have a 72 hour in advance cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund. Group cancellations may vary. Please consult with your group representative for specific details. While we do our very best to meet all our guest requests, we are unable to guarantee room type.

Resort Fee
For each room booked, there is a $9 plus tax resort fee (in addition to your room rate). This fee covers many of the resort's amenities and activities such as high-speed Internet access, weekday newspapers, local transportation (based on scheduling), access to business center, use of bicycles, board games, basketball, etc.

Smoke Free
All guest rooms at The Lodge at Geneva Ridge are smoke free. We ask all our guests to please refrain from smoking in the guest rooms, and instead use designated smoking areas. Smokers don't worry; there are over 80 acres outside. In the event smoking occurs a cleaning charge of $175 will be applied to the registered guest's account.
