The next phase will include the new construction
of 94 two-bedroom lock-out suites. These suites will include
custom designed and constructed mission-style hardwood furniture.
The living room will feature a stone fireplace with oak mantle,
32-inch flat-screen LCD television, kitchen and breakfast
bar including custom mission-style hardwood cabinetry, stainless
steel sink and granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and cook plate.
In addition to custom furnishings, the master bedroom will
feature a king-size pillow-top mattress with matching box
spring, luxurious linens, and a 26-inch LCD television. The
attached master bath also features an optional whirlpool
tub. The second bedroom features two queen-size pillow-top
mattresses with matching box springs, luxurious linens, and
a 26-inch LCD television. The attached second bath offers
the same features as previously described in the studio unit.
All two-bedroom lock-out suites boast nine-foot ceilings.
These two-bedroom lock-out suites are priced from $299,990
to $329,990.
This phase will also include a 6,500-square-foot aquatic
center/water park addition and a 30,000-square-foot conference
center.
The final phase will include an additional 118 two-bedroom
lock-out suites; relocation of the full-service spa to a
new 8,000-square-foot facility with more than 30 service
stations and in-room service; a new adults only outdoor pool
and spa; a 10,000-square-foot activity center featuring a
wide array of games and activities including nine holes of
indoor miniature golf, sand volleyball, a climbing wall,
video arcade, snack shop, and private adult/teen activity
room with lounge, computerized golf, games and table seating;
and the final phase of our outdoor aquatic center/water park.
Anvan will also construct a 26,000-square-foot exhibition
center able to accommodate up to 1,500 patrons.
